Board signup fixed, software updated

Today I fixed a problem with the servers email settings which had been preventing new user accounts from being activated. Also updated the board software from phpBB 3.0.0 to 3.0.5. All users who were awaiting account activation have been activated, notified and invited to join in, so we may see some increased activity in the coming days.
